Sarap Shop

The Sarap Shop was founded with the intention of nurturing connection through food with feel-good Filipino flavors. (“Sarap” is a Tagalog word that can describe something as delicious or feeling good.) Known for their halo halo milk tea, tofu sisig, and pork belly adobo, partners JP Reyes and Kristen Brillantes are inspired by the traditional Filipino foods the duo grew up eating and are designed to make everyone at the table feel loved. They will be developing new menu items for Chase Center as well as including some of their greatest hits.
